Our client is a small independent B2B appointment setting company based in the centre of Brighton which is currently seeking a team leader. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a successful background in managing a sales team and be prepared to join an organisation where you can make an impact on the culture and day-to-day success of that company.Duties will include running the telemarketing team liaising with clients and generating reports managing It and reporting systems and where appropriate making appointments.In addition as the company is going through a period of significant growth evidence of staff mentoring and recruitment would be advantageous Salary begins at a basic of 18k (reviewed after six months and a generous commission structure which should allow the successful candidate to earn 27k-30k Ote.
