We are looking for an enthusiatic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive that can support our new micro brewery on its fast growth track. Franklins Brewery started brewng last Decemaber and is already expanding in numbers. Ideally you will be an experienced sales and marketing person having spent time in telesales. You will also have knowledge and appreciation for the real ale market and comfortable in pubs. While the above would be ideal it is the right mix of personality passion and communication skills that will make this role into what it needs to be so if you feel you have the passion and skills then feel free to apply. The role will involve an amount of regular telesales and will over time also require face to face customer sales visits as well as events and marketing activities. While the telesales could be done from home we will need someone that is prepared to travel to Sussex Kent and Surrey to visit customers so you should ideally be reasonably local to the area and have a full UK driving license. In return we are offering a starting basic salary with a strong bonus potential based on sales performace.
