We urgently require a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant for our client an international telecommunications company based in Horsham town centre. Working within a fast-paced retail environment this is a part-time position (16 hours a week. The Customer Service Assistant role will involve Meeting and greeting customers Identifying customers needs and advising them accordingly Upselling Dealing with queries related to our clients products Generally assisting the team within a retail environment The Customer Service Assistant role is to start Asap and will continue on an ongoing temporary basis. The suitable candidate should Have sales experience preferrably within a retail environment Be confident outgoing and self motivated Be helpful approachable committed and dedicated This role will involve working 1 full day in the week and Saturdays.
