Responsibilities could include Provide excellent service to all Business Travel Account clients through general servicing of their accounts Processing new account applications Collection of outstanding monies on accounts Re-educating clients as to American Expresses processes and procedures Updating and inputting data into relevant systems Maintain and build excellent working relationships with internal and external customers Provide a central point of contact for our corporate clients and first contact resolution on enquires through both telephone and email communication.
