Our contact centre is based right in the heart of Brighton city centre and we need more Customer Support Advisors to satisfy our growing customer base. As an Customer Support Advisor you will join a busy and hardworking customer service / sales team, dealing with a wide range of calls from customers asking about repairs to their appliances. You need to be a talented talker, listen with genuine empathy, and keep a clear focus on our customers’ needs while working to achieve sales targets and first class quality standards. If you relish the challenge of a fast-paced telephone sales operation, enjoy selling and can work as part of a customer service team, this could prove the ideal role. We will help you gain the essential skills or build on those already gained within a telesales, telephone marketing, customer services, sales, retail, call centre or contact centre environment.
