Chef De Partie Rosette Michelin West Sussex Â?18000 Plus Tips Excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong chef de partie to join this multi award winning restaurant working closely with a very talented Chef Patron who has previously held a Michelin Star. The brigade consists of 4 team members who are all very passionate about producing their Award winning menu s all under the guidance of a young passionate and enthusiastic Head Chef If you have experience in working in a 2 or 3 Aa rosette hotel restaurant you are able to work well under pressure feel confident about playing an integral part of menu planning motivate others whilst still producing award winning food this is the job for you.
