Network Research and Marketing Ltd is a successful Market Research company currently looking for reliable and committed individuals who are clearly spoken. The role involves conducting Consumer Experience Surveys to members of the public on behalf of our clients over the telephone whilst operating a computer software package. You will need to have good typing skills as well as a confident telephone manner. Previous telephone experience or face to face customer service experience is preferred. Full Market Research training will be given. Shift times offered 2pm to 9pm Monday to Friday or 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday 10 am to 6pm Saturday and 11am to 5pm Sunday Minimum weekly commitment is three shifts of any type. Pay rates Â?6 an hour if weekly targets are met Â?7.35 an hour. We offer a friendly and supportive working environment.
