We are looking for an Assistant Manager with at least one year experience in a similar position in a quality hotel environment. This is a varied and interesting job working in a luxury environment as part of a small and friendly team. Our aim is to provide the highest standards of service and hospitality. You should Be self-motivated and confident with good inter-personal communication skills Be able to buy into and communicate the hotels vision for excellence Have a genuine passion for hospitality Have an eye for detail and cleanliness Have the ability to organise plan and prioritise Be naturally calm yet physically active Have the ability to motivate instruct and offer feedback to members of the team If you enjoy being a hands on manager who is able solve problems and ensure the smooth running of our 9 bedroom hotel then this is a great job for you. The role will be working 5 days a week and a mixture of split and straight shifts and you will get the normal 28 days annual leave. Competitive salary to be discussed at interview stage.
