My client works within the financial services industry and are looking for a new senior manager for the contact centre. You will have previous experience working at senior management level within the finance investment industry. As this role is working within the contact centre previous experience managing a contact centre team is required. You will work cross functionally with the customer services leadership group to deliver excellent service across the business. Also you will plan and implement flexible and creative resourcing and contact strategies to deliver cost effective growth and business results.
