As a Premier Relationship anager you ll be starting in a unique and vital role working to provide the best service to our Premier customers. You could be working with clients ranging from local business people to sports people or musicians all with different but equally important financial needs. You ll start with ten to twelve weeks of training and then work together with your branch manager to develop a flexible individualised career plan. What you ll give our customers as a Premier Relationship Manager First and foremost you ll need to be in close contact with our customers. Treating customers fairly is about more than just calling when you say you will it s about offering them the right solutions and making sure that were doing everything possible to guarantee their financial well-being. This can range from ensuring the basics such as overdrafts and savings are covered to making referrals to other specialists within the branch where necessary. Our policy is to try and resolve everything for a customer within one visit so you ll need to work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth transition between all members of the team in branch. What you ll need as a Premier Relationship Manager The success of everyone whos works with us is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. In this role that means being an excellent communicator whilst being able to build rapport quickly and easily with people from all walks of life. The ability to coach other members of the branch in how to spot opportunities for your customers and having the skills and the ability to work as part of a team are also vital as you ll need to be able to react quickly to any situation which is thrown at you. Sales experience preferably from a financial services background is also important but building effective and mutually beneficial relationships are truly the key to this position.
