Call Centre Customer Services Team Manager Customer Services Team Manager required to proactively lead develop and motivate a team of approximately 12 call centre staff in the delivery of high quality customer service. Will be identifying and eliminating failure demand and waste within own teams work ensuring all contact is value driven business processes adhered to and customer and staff development opportunities optimised. The Customer Services Team Manager will need to possess the following skills People Management (coaching and development) Influencing Planning &amp Organisation Communication (verbal and written) Customer Service Sales and Quality focused Negotiation Staff Coaching &amp Development Lean Yellow Belt (within 6 months of entering role) Teamwork Analysis &amp Problem solving Adaptability The successful Customer Services Team Manager must also be educated to at least A-Level standard or equivalent and have previous experience of managing a customer service team from within a call centre environment. Insurance or financial services experience would also be an advantage as would a detailed knowledge of Tcf and other Fsa regulations.
