Our Brighton based client is seeking native speakers in the following languages French Italian German Japanese Portuguese Korean Dutch Danish Norwegian Finnish Swedish and Greek with excellent spelling and grammar skills to review and correct translated versions of video games before they are released to the market You will be Proof reading text on computer games and mobile phones that have already been translated Checking for errors Testing the games and writing bug reports in English The role involves testing console Pc Mobile phone and hand held games Candidate requirements Understanding of slang in your language Very high standard of spelling and grammar in your language as you will be proof reading the text on the computer games and writing up reports on the bugs you find Reports are written up in English therefore your standard of written English needs to be high too Ability and interest in video games is desirable but not essential No previous experience required as training will be provided If you progress to interview you will be asked to complete a proof reading test in your chosen language enabling us to asses your language skills and suitability for the role. 2 Shifts available 8.30 17.00pm or 17.30 02.00am Â?6.50 per hour holiday pay (Increased rate for night shift) Location- Hove Please e-mail your Cv to Anna on brittemp persel.co.uk Due to the high amount of applications we receive if you have not heard from us within 7 days you have been unsuccessful with this particular role.
