We have recently established the exciting opportunity for a telephone based agent to join our thriving team, bringing value to our customers. The position will require contact with new customers who may have reservations about joining the company, to retain their business and to up sell, if the product the customer is receiving may not be the best for them or they are having any doubts at all. You will be ambitious and regularly meet sales targets. You must have the desire to learn and be able to develop a good understanding of company processes and procedures. You must be target driven and be willing to reach and exceed given goals. You will be required to cover retentions for customers who may feel that they are not receiving the level of service so this will involve some element of customer relations, as you will be dealing with issues that may have occurred, providing a solution to ensure the customer is getting maximum satisfaction. You must be able to objection handle and have an excellent telephone manner, you will also have to prioritise and organise your own work load. The role is full time and is worked on a shift basis; Monday to Friday between 9am and 7pm. Additional Saturdays on reduced hours are required on a rota basis, as and when required. We are currently seeking a motivated, driven and experienced Team Leader to work within our small Call Centre, heading up our newly created Outbound Telemarketing Team. Calling warm leads generated from our Clients customer base, the Outbound Team promote and upsell one of our established membership programs.
