Preferable Nearest Tube or Station Oxted We are seeking a mature caring nanny to work on a part-time basis for this family who have 2 children S 6 and E 4. We need someone who is very conscientious as S has an auto immune deficiency condition which leaves her more susceptible to infections and she can become unwell at times. She is on medication and has regular hospital visits to manage her condition. S and E are both bright little girls who love all the usual girlie things all things pink Hannah Montana shopping as well as Tv and going out to the park arts and crafts reading etc. S has to be more careful than most children not to injure herself and is aware of this. Full training will be provided to deal with the specific requirements for her condition. We are seeking someone who would be keen to work on a flexible part-time basis to allow mum a bit of time to herself whilst knowing S (and E is being well-looked after by someone who understands her needs. We are initially looking for someone to work term-time around 10 hours a week and school holidays around 20. Term-time hours could be some time at the weekend plus an afternoon evening to perhaps allow mum to go to an evening class. The only set time when someone is needed is on a Friday every 6 weeks when S needs to go with mum to the hospital and E needs collecting from school just after 3pm. S and E are delightful little girls and we hope to find someone who will build up an on-going relationship with them as well as providing some support and understanding for mum. This may suit perhaps a retired nurse wanting to work part-time or a mature person working at a school or nursery. More details available from Sally who has met the family.
