Before relocating I worked part time as a barman for one of Mitchell & Butler s most successful restaurants. Whilst there I undertook Mitchell & Butler s training program Bar skills Customer service Health and safety. I know how to line clean change barrels and cellar management plus I have a solid knowledge of the various popular products wines and beverages for sale and drinking laws. In addition I have gained experience working within the marketing and event management sectors surrounding music festivals (The Great Escape Lovebox) as well as high profile-concerts (The Fratellis Brighton Dome. As I specialise in music and business management I am keen to continue my involvement in Brighton.
